Valentino's Italian restaurant has become a Downtown staple in such a short time. This restaurant was opened with a dream by Rafael Ramirez. Rafa opened this restaurant with one thing in mind and that was to cook great food for the amazing people of Downtown.

Rafa also had a personal reason when it came to naming his place: his great friend Anthony Valentino Fabbian. Anthony always pushed Rafa to do his own thing and encouraged him constantly. Read more about Anthony and Rafa's story in the page About page.
